Please note: This is a booking request only. SDA will contact you with payment details and confirmation of your booking. By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Payment: Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified. Prices: Individual induction booking – $200.00 + GST. Group induction (2–5 people) – $250.00 + GST. New key – $60.00 + GST each. Inductions outside the allocated times will incur a Call Out Fee of $340.00 + GST. Induction Times: Monday to Friday only. No weekend inductions are available. Individual inductions are available at 7:00am or 8:00am, with 30 minutes allocated per booking. Group inductions are available at 7:00am or 8:00am, with a maximum of 5 people and a minimum of 1 hour allocated per booking. Cancellations or Re-bookings: SDA requires 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or re-booking of an induction. Please contact allan@sdastackers.com.au or 1800 069 784. If no notice is provided and a technician arrives on site, a fee of $200.00 + GST will apply to the next booking. Parking: SDA does not allocate parking positions to users. Please confirm parking arrangements with the managing body or agent before your induction. Keys: If a new key is required, the cost is $60.00 + GST per key. Payment must be received and verified before keys can be shipped or collected.
