Please note this is a booking request only. SDA will be in contact with your invoice and confirmation of booking. By submitting this form you agree to the following term and conditions. Payment: 2.5% surcharge applies on all credit card payments. For direct transfer payments please contact our team on 1800 069 784. Please note: Induction booking times and dates provided will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Prices: Individual induction booking – price $195.00 Plus GST Group Induction cost 2 + to max 10 - $245.00 Plus GST New Key $60.00 plus GST To book induction outside of below allocated times is charged as a Call Out Fee of $340.00 plus GST Times: (Monday – Friday inductions only) NO WEEKEND INDUCTIONS AVAILABLE Inductions times for individuals – 7 am & 8 am time slots ONLY – 30 min allocated to each booking. Group inductions bookings for Max 5 people 7am & 8am ONLY allow of 1 hour minimum. Cancelation or rebooking for a induction. If no notice is given and technician arrives on site there will be a booking fee of $195.00 plus GST for the next booking Parking allocations: SDA does not allocate parking positions to users – Please refer to the managing body agent to confirm before your induction training.
